Megaman EXE: Saito Hikari

I did it! I bit the bullet and uploaded it! XD I feel a little ashamed because to me this looks HIDEOUS AND OUTDATED XD but the design is up-to-date he normally has the sleeves rolled up and an armband (which I simply forgot in this picture) and doesn't wear the goggles or gloves, as this is his hover-boarding outfit. But yeah, I dislike his face. It's oldschool, it is also too mature, he's supposed to look uber young for his age :I but meh, still. also he looks waaaaay too tall. >_< he's only around 4 foot eight or 4 foot 10, something like that, I can't remember (I know that from my artbook ) though he IS 17 by this point >_> but he still looks hell young for a 17 year old. *shrugs*
also I have said this before and will say it again, even though I use english character names, I still call him Saito because I dislike the name Hub XD so that's why he's Saito to me even though I call Lan by his english name

so yeah, enjoy, feel free to ask questions and or ask me where the heck this spawned from *cough*ROLEPLAY*cough* but not stealy, no remove signature and of course the actual character himself and the franchise he comes from I do not own
